I'm married to my wife, Hillary, and we have two children, Jackson and Olivia, with a baby boy on the way in April. I've been a State Farm agent for six years, and before that I spent five years working in accounting at State Farm Corporate. State Farm is truly in my blood. Growing up in Bloomington, State Farm was the largest employer in town, and I always admired the agents and employees who represented such a respected company. Now, having the chance to serve my own community as an agent is something I consider a dream realized. We run a laid-back office, but we're very serious about growth—both personally and professionally. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.Responsibilities:Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.Qualifications:Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
