Senior Treasury Analyst

Candidate must be within a commutable distance of either our Detroit, MI, or Cypress Waters, TX, location.

As the Senior Treasury Analyst, you are responsible for supporting liquidity management, maintaining strong bank and rating agency relationships and providing accurate reporting to assist in the development and execution of funding strategies. This role will work closely with members of the treasury team to monitor liquidity risks and ensure compliance with all funding facilities.

About the Role

• Assist in the issuance, negotiation and maintenance of funding facilities including securitized warehouse, MSR and servicing advance facilities, revolving credit facilities corporate bonds and inter-company lines of credit
• Assist in the management and monitoring of the company's liquidity position, ensuring adequate cash to meet operational needs and maintain compliance with debt covenants
• Engage in ongoing dialogue with banks, rating agencies and other financial partners
• Conduct in-depth analysis on various items, such as competitive benchmarking and counterparty risk assessments, to support the development of funding and risk mitigation strategies
• Maintain awareness of current financial markets, regulatory requirements and industry trends
• Support the team on ad hoc projects and overall Treasury deliverables
