Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Content Quality Assurance & Controls Analyst to support content testing, quality reviews, and control execution activities.

\n

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines. This role requires reviewing high volumes of content, identifying errors or inconsistencies, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with established business standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, test, and validate business and marketing-related content to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality.
\n
• Support control execution activities by identifying discrepancies, errors, and potential risks.
\n
• Perform detailed content reviews to minimize customer impact, remediation activities, and formal control issues.
\n
• Manage multiple assignments while meeting short turnaround times and maintaining high-quality standards.
\n
• Quickly adapt to changing business priorities and urgent requests.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation of testing activities, findings, and review outcomes.
\n
• Track assigned tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
\n
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to resolve content-related issues and support quality improvements.
\n
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications for documentation, tracking, reporting, and daily business activities.
\n

Required Qualifications

• Strong Attention to Detail: Demonstrated experience reviewing detailed content, identifying errors, and maintaining high accuracy.
\n
• Quality Assurance / Content Review: Experience performing content validation, document reviews, testing, or quality control activities.
\n
• Time Management: Ability to complete assignments accurately within short turnaround times.
\n
• Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and deliver quality work.
\n
• Adaptability: Comfortable adjusting priorities quickly based on changing business needs.
\n
• Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
\n
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate findings, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide timely updates.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n

\n
• Previous experience in Marketing, Marketing Operations, or Marketing Content Review.
\n
• Experience using Figma for reviewing designs, layouts, or marketing materials.
\n
• Experience supporting risk management, compliance, operational controls, or quality assurance processes.
\n
• Experience working in banking, financial services, or another regulated environment.
\n
