Revenue Operations Business Partner

Acting as an operational and strategic advisor to sales leadership, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Business Partner will manage forecasting, performance tracking, and process improvements while driving revenue acquisition efforts. Key responsibilities Partner with sales leadership to oversee core business operations, including forecasting and performance tracking Transform data into actionable insights by analyzing key metrics and supporting strategic planning activities Champion process improvements and change initiatives to enhance scalability and efficiency across sales operations Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a large-scale technology company Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus Proficiency in Go-to-Market systems such as Tableau and Salesforce Experience leading annual planning cycles, including quota setting and territory management Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for strategic insights and decision-making
