Step into a rewarding contract role supporting students in an intermediate school setting as an Occupational Therapist! This opportunity is perfectly suited for those with a passion for working alongside elementary-aged learners and making a meaningful impact during the upcoming academic year.

In this position, you will collaborate with a dedicated school team to provide OT services to grades 3-5. The caseload will focus largely on consultation, along with some direct interventions centered on fine motor and sensory supports. The assignment takes place in a single building, working with a manageable group of approximately 25 students.

Key Details:

• Contract runs from September 8, 2026, through June 16, 2027
• Schedule: 8:05 AM to 2:45 PM, working 2 to 3 days per week (choose 2 full days or split your time into shorter days across the week)
• Focused caseload in one intermediate school building
• Primarily consultative with select direct service (fine motor and sensory needs)

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy license in the state required
• Experience supporting elementary-aged students, especially in school-based or pediatric settings
• Solid understanding of fine motor development and sensory processing techniques
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Organized and flexible, able to adapt to consultative and direct service models

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting consultations with staff and caregivers around student support plans
• Delivering direct therapy sessions for students as needed
• Contributing to IEP meetings and documentation
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions accordingly
