Position Overview

Comfort is seeking driven individuals for an Entry Level Outside Sales & Neighborhood Marketing Rep role with clear growth opportunities and uncapped earning potential. In this field-based position, you will engage homeowners in local neighborhoods and at community events, introduce Comfort’s services, and schedule free, no-obligation in-home estimates.

This is not a closing or cold-calling role. Your responsibility is to start the conversation and set qualified appointments—our sales team handles the rest.

Compensation & Earnings

• Base Pay: $18–$20 per hour (paid weekly)

• Uncapped Performance Bonuses: Earn more for every qualified appointment you set

• Top Performers Average: $25–$35+ per hour (higher during peak weeks)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Canvass local neighborhoods and speak with homeowners face-to-face

• Introduce Comfort’s home improvement solutions

• Schedule free, no-obligation in-home estimates

• Represent Comfort at home shows, fairs, and community events

• Work alongside a fun, competitive, team-oriented environment

• Track progress using simple mobile tools and a proven pitch

Basic Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older

• Reliable transportation

• Comfortable working outdoors

• Ability to speak with homeowners in person

• Driver’s license is a plus
