The Leaman Academy is looking for an exceptional Pennsylvania-certified Pre-K teacher to join our growing early learning community in Exton, PA.

We are seeking an educator who genuinely loves teaching young children and wants the opportunity to create an engaging, nurturing classroom where children develop the confidence, independence, and academic foundation they need for kindergarten and beyond.

This is an exciting opportunity for a certified teacher who loves education but is looking for something different from the traditional elementary-school environment.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education or a related field.
• Valid Pennsylvania PK–4 Instructional Certificate or Early Childhood N–3 Certificate.
• Ability to obtain all Pennsylvania-required child-care clearances.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development.
• Excellent communication and classroom-management skills.
• A genuine passion for working with preschool-aged children.
