Remote - Construction Project Manager

Our client, a leader in the commercial real estate industry, is seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the project delivery team, supporting various initiatives across multiple sectors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met

• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality standards

• Lead project meetings, report progress, and resolve issues proactively

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in construction project management within the commercial real estate sector

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field

• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential

• Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects efficiently
