Client Success Executive

Responsibilities Manage assigned client accounts within a defined scope Communicate respectfully and effectively while managing client escalations Lead the assigned Point-of-Delivery (POD) by facilitating meetings Analyze revenue cycle and operational data to identify trends Prepare for and participate in client meetings and performance reviews Requirements Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing, account management, or healthcare-related role Strong verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and web-based tools Proficiency in English is necessary for job-related communication Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in client account management and effective communication, with a strong focus on analyzing operational data and facilitating client meetings. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and web-based tools to support client interactions and performance reviews. #J-18808-Ljbffr
