About The Role The role owns organic search and paid acquisition strategies, scaling digital footprint and driving qualified inbound pipeline for technology products. The team relies on technical SEO audits, advanced keyword targeting, and precision SEM campaigns to lower CAC and maximize conversion rates across channels. Key Responsibilities Architect and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, covering technical site health, on-page optimization, and authoritative link acquisition Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other networks to hit target CPA and ROAS goals Conduct exhaustive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-intent acquisition opportunities Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to align landing page copy with search intent and conversion goals Build and maintain attribution dashboards in GA4 and Looker Studio, tracking organic and paid performance metrics daily Execute continuous A/B testing on ad copy, bids, and landing page layouts to maximize funnel efficiency What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of hands-on SEO and SEM experience in high-growth B2B or B2C technology environments Deep expertise in technical SEO tools (Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console) Advanced proficiency in managing high-budget paid search campaigns via Google Ads (Certifications required) Strong analytical foundation with the ability to turn raw traffic and conversion data into actionable strategies Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience Bonus: Experience with programmatic SEO, Python for marketing automation, or enterprise SaaS growth #J-18808-Ljbffr Evlo AI
