Our aim is to recreate the entire rail travel experience, from fully detailed interiors and underframe equipment on our trains to beautifully detailed locomotives with extensive sound and lighting effects. We're looking for both Office and Warehouse Managers for our new Buffalo office! The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations. These operations include shipping, inventory, delivery, and occasionally sales and admin. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure timely deliveries. Responsibilities Run the office, including making sure all bills are paid Receive shipments from China and Canada Pick and pack shipments for US, Canadian, and international destinations Inspect shipments when they arrive from China and liaise with our project management team to ensure good quality Handle customer inquiries at the US office Manage a warehouse assistant and arrange for temporary warehouse employees when needed Do some sales and check-in calls to customers when things are slow in between shipments Work out of our downtown Buffalo (High Street) building Start date is late March . Ideally, we want to hire a model railroader, but experience running an office/warehouse is more important.
