We're looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to help manage vendor invoices, process payments, and support our accounting team. Full-time position Monday-Saturday schedule $18.00/hour, Office environment

Accounts Receivable Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Saturday from 08:30am to 05:30pm )

• Previous accounts payable, bookkeeping, or accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Accounts Receivable Qualifications:

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Match purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents.
• Prepare and process payments to vendors.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized accounting records and files.
• Assist with month-end closing activities.
• Communicate with vendors and dealership departments regarding payment inquiries.
• Perform general administrative and accounting support duties as needed.
