Job Summary:
Biogen is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst III to support cross-functional business initiatives across commercial, clinical, and operational teams. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather requirements, support system implementations, and deliver data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
• Support business process improvement initiatives across Commercial, R&D, Clinical, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing functions.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or SQL.
• Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and business teams to support digital transformation projects.
• Translate complex business needs into actionable solutions and process documentation.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to define project scope and priorities.
• Support Agile/Scrum project execution and participate in sprint planning and requirement grooming sessions.
• Perform data analysis, identify trends, and provide recommendations to leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and internal quality standards.
• Assist with system testing, UAT validation, and change management activities.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
• 5 years of Business Analysis experience within Pharma, Biotech, Healthcare, or Life Sciences industries.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and requirement gathering processes.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, JIRA, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Biotech or Pharmaceutical environments.
• Knowledge of GxP, FDA regulations, Clinical Operations, Pharmacovigilance, or Commercial Analytics.
• PMP, CBAP, or Agile certification preferred.
• Experience supporting ERP, CRM, or enterprise system implementation projects.
• Exposure to SAP, Salesforce, Veeva, or cloud-based data platforms is a plus.
