Business Systems Analyst

*TOP MUST HAVE SKILLS***

• 5-8+ years of experience
• Portfolio construction is key. There are two groups, one is PMs and Research Analysts. The other is the Portfolio implementation team. This person will work with the implementation team
• Candidate should have experience supporting OMS systems, like CRD, EzeCastle, LineData or others
• Someone that has worked as a Business Systems Analyst or Tester with these OMS systems
• SQL Skills should be strong (7 out of 10)
• People must come from a support background as these are not new initiatives. Need somone that can resolve support issues, NOW!
• Someone ideally with a little Fixed Income trading might be considered beneficial, but not as a primary focus.
• Enjoys solving problems quickly, help resolve real time critical issues for the team and understands that priorities can change quickly at any time. Someone that thrives in this type of environment.
• People with the desire to learn, not looking for a CRD expert, but someone that thrives by the thrill of resolving many different issues real time.
