Requirements:

KS/Compact License
2 years' experienceMust have Proficiency in at least 1 of 3 specialties: ENT (trach/awake, head/neck flaps, ears, soft tissue cases.), Neuro (burr holes, craniotomy), or surg oncAHA BLS
