This contract opportunity places you at the heart of educational planning, focusing solely on conducting assessments for elementary-aged children across three campuses. The district’s robust counseling team will handle therapeutic and behavioral support, allowing you to concentrate fully on evaluations and consultative input.

Key Qualifications:

• Active, current School Psychologist license for Texas is required
• Demonstrated experience or specific interest in school-based psychological assessments at the elementary level
• Previous experience across multiple campuses or sites is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with teachers, administrators, and special education teams
• Professional references must be provided prior to being considered

Role Details & Key Responsibilities:

• Complete a variety of psychoeducational assessments; synthesize results and prepare comprehensive reports to guide student supports and services
• Partner with educators and families to interpret assessment findings and contribute to individualized education planning
• Maintain consistent scheduling and organization while overseeing three elementary school campuses
• Enjoy one guaranteed remote workday per week (choose Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday for the duration of the assignment, with flexibility upon prior communication)
• Remain onsite for the remainder of the workweek, fostering relationships and contributing to a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere
