Manages sourcing, vetting, and interviewing activities for their assigned specialties and geography. Oversees the entire recruitment cycle from start to finish. Maintains knowledge of policies and procedures and performs in accordance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements.Job Description:We're looking for a seasoned sourcing professional who understands that physician and APC recruiting is about much more than searching a database and sending messages. The right person knows how to build a thoughtful sourcing strategy, think creatively, understand competitive talent markets, and uncover exceptional clinicians in some of the most challenging and hard-to-fill specialties in healthcare.We're seeking someone with 4–5+ years of physician and/or APC sourcing experience who genuinely enjoys the challenge of finding the "needle in the haystack."
