Design, implement, and sustain world-class reliability at Arrow International

This role blends strategic ownership with sleeves-rolled-up execution. You will architect the reliability and maintenance framework while actively coaching, troubleshooting, and improving equipment on the floor.

What you will deliver

• Structured improvement initiatives (DMAIC/Kaizen) targeting print, die cutting, collating, and finishing assets.
• Accountability for OEE: data capture, analysis, and the improvement roadmap for your lines.
• SMED-driven changeover reductions across high-mix SKU families on bingo and pull-tab lines.
• Robust documentation: process standards, work instructions, and control plans.
• Automation pipeline based on labor intensity, error rates, and throughput potential.
• Controls enablement by collaborating with Tom W. on integration for process improvements.
• Support for configure-to-order workflows, including variable data and short-run processes.

About you

• 7+ years in industrial/manufacturing maintenance with 3+ years in a leadership capacity; strong bias toward leaders who have remained hands-on.
• Clear record of setting a vision/roadmap and achieving measurable results.
• Mechanical mastery: hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical power transmission, precision alignment.
• Electrical competence: 480V three-phase, motor controls, PLCs, and panel troubleshooting.
• Built or significantly revamped a preventive maintenance program.
• Managed spare parts inventory and improved storeroom operations.
• Mentored technicians at varying skill levels through direct, floor-level engagement.
• Applied root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methods.
• Comfortable with CMMS tools and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of OSHA, LOTO, and core industrial safety requirements.
