Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Auto, Home, Life, and related insurance products
• Generate new business through referrals, leads, and community engagement
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Manage follow-ups, renewals, and retention activity
• Meet or exceed sales and growth goals
• Stay up to date on products, underwriting, and compliance

Requirements

• Active Property Casualty insurance license (required)
• Sales-driven mindset with strong communication skills
• Ability to build trust and close business
• Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
• Prior insurance or financial services experience preferred
