This is an in-person role focused on conducting comprehensive assessments for a newly enrolled student and, if qualified, providing ongoing services. Your expertise will make a tangible impact on a young learner’s school experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete detailed, in-person PT assessments to determine student needs
• Develop clear, actionable recommendations based on evaluation findings
• If student qualifies, implement and deliver tailored physical therapy interventions
• Document assessments, therapy sessions, and provide progress updates as required
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate therapy goals into the student’s educational plan
• Ensure compliance with school and district policies, as well as state and federal guidelines

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license for practice within Ohio
• Previous experience in a school-based PT setting highly preferred
• Strong understanding of pediatric physical therapy assessments and interventions
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills
• Passion for making a difference in the lives of children and students
