Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Ohio
• Previous experience performing assessments and providing services in a school environment
• Strong understanding of educational and developmental physical therapy
• Comfortable working independently, traveling onsite, and collaborating with school staff
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive in-person assessments for a referred student in Youngstown
• Analyze assessment findings and determine eligibility for school-based PT services
• Develop appropriate therapy plans and interventions if the student qualifies
• Maintain clear and timely records in accordance with school and state requirements
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals involved in the student’s care
• Provide direct, student-centered physical therapy services based on IEP goals, if applicable
