Ocean Spray Cranberries is seeking a Workforce Staffing Specialist for our Markham Manufacturing team. You will manage staffing for the plant, develop adaptable staff schedules, and collaborate with HR and hiring teams to ensure aligned staffing and timely communications. You will assist onboarding, payroll, and communications activities, act as the SME on Workforce Management systems, and help maintain attendance and call logs while ensuring adherence to absence programs and policies. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ocean Spray Cranberries
