IT Support Specialist

*Overview:*
Our client is looking for an IT Support Specialist in Chicago, IL!
*Responsibilities:*

* Provide support for hardware, software, and system issues
* Troubleshoot Windows, O365, Teams, and Active Directory
* Perform hardware setup, break/fix support, and device moves
* Manage and update tickets with clear documentation and timely resolution
* Provide onsite and remote user support
* Assist with A/V and web conferencing tools
*Qualifications:*

* 4+ years of corporate IT support experience
* Experience with O365, Teams, Active Directory, and Windows 10
* Experience working in a ticketing system
* Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
