What You'll Do

• Conduct psychological assessments and screenings based on review of available records and clinical interviews
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary mental health team including psychiatrists, social workers, nurses, and medical staff
• Develop and modify individual treatment plans tailored to inmate needs
• Patrol segregation or confined housing areas to assess inmate mental health and adjustment
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention for inmates in distress
• Consult with facility staff to understand behavioral escalation and mental health concerns
• Ensure treatment activities are well integrated and follow-through is maintained

What You Need

• Active license or board eligibility as a Psychologist
• Proven experience in psychological assessment and treatment
