Overnight Registered Nurse

Job Overview Aspire Health Alliance hires a part‑time Registered Nurse for the Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) Unit to provide specialized care to adults in a 24‑hour behavioral health crisis stabilization setting. The position is 16 hours per week on an overnight schedule: Friday and Saturday, 11 pm – 7 am. Responsibilities Monitor and document medication self‑administration during clients’ stay. Monitor clients’ physical medical issues and coordinate acute medical care with Mental Health Workers when needed. Facilitate health and wellness groups and activities. Deliver strength‑based, solution‑focused treatment interventions. Encourage consumers to develop risk‑management/safety plans and Wellness Recovery Action Plans (WRAP). Coordinate with clients’ outpatient and CCS care providers. Complete documentation per shift as assigned. Participate in ongoing required training. Requirements Reliable, responsible team player who is detail‑oriented, organized, flexible, and capable of providing quality care to improve the physical and mental health of individuals served. Independent problem‑solver able to work with minimal supervision when necessary. One‑year experience in an acute mental health and/or dual diagnosis setting (preferred). Familiarity with recovery‑oriented treatment for severe mental illness (preferred). Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma/Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree). Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration. Compensation Salary range based on full‑time equivalents: $40.24 – $48.32 per hour.
