As a Registered Nurse, you'll lead the coordination and delivery of compassionate, quality patient care while building strong relationships with patients, families, and your healthcare team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver exceptional outcomes Delegate and supervise care activities while maintaining accountability for quality and compassionate patient experiences Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and informed decision-making Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans grounded in clinical knowledge and analytical problem-solving Identify and address variances from patient goals, collaborating with the team to implement solutions that drive positive results Document patient care thoroughly and accurately to support continuity of care and clinical excellence Educate patients and families to empower them in their healthcare journey and recovery Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse Emergency Department or inpatient care experience preferred Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to develop effective nursing care plans Strong communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare team members

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:
