Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Campaign Operations Associate to support the planning, setup, and launch of digital advertising and promotional campaigns. This role coordinates campaign requirements, assets, timelines, and quality checks to ensure campaigns launch accurately and on schedule.

You will work with client-facing teams and internal partners across multiple advertising channels, including onsite and offsite placements. The focus is on preparing campaign materials, coordinating execution, and managing activation rather than creating the content itself.

This assignment provides additional execution support during a period of increased campaign volume and operational change.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate campaign execution from initial intake through setup, quality assurance, launch, and post-launch follow-up.
• Review campaign requests and confirm that requirements, assets, approvals, and supporting information are complete.
• Partner with client-facing teams and internal stakeholders to gather deliverables and resolve outstanding questions.
• Manage timelines and milestones across multiple concurrent campaigns.
• Review creative assets, URLs, audience targeting, tracking parameters, and product details for accuracy and adherence to campaign guidelines.
• Set up campaigns within designated advertising platforms and workflow systems.
• Perform quality checks before activation and communicate discrepancies or required revisions.
• Track campaign progress and proactively flag missing information, blockers, or deadline risks.
• Support launch confirmation, reporting coordination, and campaign documentation.
• Maintain accurate system records and follow established processes and escalation procedures.
• Develop an understanding of advertising and promotional offerings, including fulfillment, activation, and measurement.
• Recommend improvements to workflows, documentation, and execution quality.
• Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and consistent delivery.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes.

Preferred Experience

• Digital advertising operations, campaign management, or media activation.
• Media buying and familiarity with advertising platforms.
• Coordinating campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Reviewing campaign assets, managing deliverables, and supporting launch readiness.
