Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, to understand and document each client’s unique needs.

• Collaborate closely with clients to create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals and cultural contexts, with regular progress assessments.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various formats, including individual sessions, couples counseling, family therapy, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring immediate support and continuity of care for clients facing acute distress, while effectively communicating with other healthcare professionals involved in their care.

• Maintain comprehensive and current clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in accordance with clinical policies and relevant regulatory standards.

• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families to empower them with skills and knowledge for managing mental health conditions effectively, thus enhancing their overall wellbeing.

• Work within a multidisciplinary team environment, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness through outcome assessments and adjust treatment plans based on the results and client feedback.

• Stay updated on current research, best practices, and innovations in mental health care, incorporating new knowledge into clinical practice to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in our detox center, you will work predominantly with individuals who are experiencing substance use issues and related mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position features a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 84,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
