Showroom Sales Associate

Description The Showroom Sales Associate is responsible for helping customers select material while providing professional customer service. This includes assisting customers with their selections, efficiently processing and sending information which would include name of material, pictures, size and pricing to fabricators, inventory control, strong computer and communication skills and assist sales team. We recognize our future is dependent on our ability to service the needs of our clients and our goal is to consistently meet or exceed expectations to enjoy shared success. Requirements to be considered for the Position: Previous experience in a sales/customer service environment Friendly, outgoing personality Ability to effectively communicate with others Self-motivated Strong Computer Skills Knowledge of natural stone and manufacturer stone a plus Knowledge and Training: Identify personal growth needs and learning opportunities Complete required orientation and ongoing safety training Commit to continued learning of products Requirements Responsibilities of the Position : Build and maintain relationships with customers by supplying knowledge of product Provide timely and accurate quotes to fabricators Provide superior customer service while ensuring sales goals Support the outside sales program with fabricator and customers as directed Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed including sales, inventory and safety #J-18808-Ljbffr OHM International Inc
