In-Home Sales Representative
Full-Time | $100K–$200K+ Potential
America’s #1 One-Day Bath Remodeler is growing fast, and we’re hiring 3 driven sales professionals to join our team at Atlas Home Improvement.
We provide all leads and all appointments —you simply show up and close.
No cold calling. No door knocking.
- $100K–$200K+ earning potential
- Pre-set, qualified in-home appointments
- Paid training + full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO)
- Fun, supportive, high-energy team environment
- Marketing fully handled for you
- Meet with homeowners during pre-set appointments
- Present and sell bath remodeling solutions
- Identify customer needs and recommend options
- Build trust and close sales
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
- Proven in-home sales experience (bathroom or home improvement is a plus)
- Confident, motivated, and coachable
- Strong communication and people skills
- Valid driver’s license
- College degree a plus, but not required
