OCM Lead

We are looking for an experienced OCM Lead who will join a long-term project for our client in the healthcare industry. What you will do: Develop and execute Change Management Plans supporting the delivery of AI-powered solutions and capabilities. Conduct Change Impact Assessments across people, organization, processes, tools, and data. Drive change readiness, adoption measurement, and user engagement activities. Partner with sponsors and senior leaders to align communication and strengthen change leadership. Proactively identify and mitigate adoption barriers related to AI transformation. Articulate clear value propositions that support AI adoption across operational teams. Orchestrate and empower the global Change Agent Network. Support the design and delivery of AI literacy, training, and capability-building initiatives. Deliver targeted communication and engagement campaigns across key milestones. Establish two-way feedback loops and adapt change activities based on user insights. What we are looking for: 5+ years of experience leading Organizational Change Management initiatives within complex, global matrix organizations. Professional Change Management certification (PROSCI/ADKAR, CCMP). Proven experience supporting digital/AI transformations (e.g., GenAI, Copilot, Enterprise CRM, Field Service Automation). Strong knowledge of Change Impact Assessments, stakeholder management, and change readiness methodologies. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence. Ability to translate complex technical and AI-related concepts into clear, engaging, and user-focused communications. Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field. Strong communication skills and fluency in English (min. B2); additional languages are a plus. Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Diagnostics, or Technical Field Operations is an advantage.
