Klient poszukuje Lidera, który przejmie stery nad kilkunastoosobowym działem księgowości, współpracując blisko z Zarządem. Dlaczego warto aplikować? Zakres obowiązków: Zarządzanie zespołem: Organizacja i koordynacja pracy zespołu. Wspieranie merytoryczne zespołu, wyznaczanie celów, monitorowanie postępów oraz dbałość o rozwój pracowników. Zarządzanie operacyjne: Zapewnienie terminowego i bezbłędnego dostarczania usług księgowych zgodnie z zawartymi kontraktami (SLA). Relacje z Klientami: Budowanie i utrzymywanie długofalowych relacji biznesowych z Klientami firmy, wsparcie w rozwiązywaniu bieżących problemów oraz doradztwo. Wsparcie technologiczne i procesowe: Udział w migracji danych i wdrażaniu narzędzi księgowych, a także optymalizowanie procedur w dziale. Reprezentacja firmy i wsparcie sprzedaży: Udział w spotkaniach z potencjalnymi Klientami, przygotowywanie ofert sprzedażowych, a także możliwość występowania w roli prelegenta na wydarzeniach branżowych oraz akceptacja publikacji merytorycznych. Wymagania: Praktyczna wiedza i doświadczenie zdobyte w firmach świadczących usługi outsourcingu księgowego. Doświadczenie w koordynowaniu pracy zespołu księgowego.
