We offer an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment where HR plays an important role in recruiting talent, supporting employees, and helping build a strong workplace culture.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiringAssist with HR policy administration and employee communications, helping ensure policies and procedures are consistently appliedMaintain accurate employee and recruiting records in HRIS/ATS systemsCoordinate performance management processes, including review cycles, documentation, and follow-up with employees and managersSupport new hire onboarding and HR documentationAssist with employee relations, HR projects, and day-to-day HR operationsRequirementStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/recruiting systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailQualificationHighly proactive, dependable, and team orientedDemonstrates professionalism, discretion, sound judgment, and strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and company informationAbility to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse work environment, building positive relationships with employees and colleagues from different backgroundsEducationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldsExperienceMinimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related function, preferably in a startup, manufacturing, technology, or fast-paced environmentSalary$60,000 – $80,000Benefit401K 6% matching (NO vesting period)Healthcare 100% support (Health, Dental, Vision)Life, STD, LTD 100 % supportCell phone allowancePTO and self-development
