Arizona Facility in Need of Locums CRNA.

Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Flowing Wells, AZ. AZ license preferred.

• 8 Hour Shifts only, Monday-Friday & call weekday & weekend
• Call Type: Beeper.
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and take call.
• Must be certified by the NBCRNA with at least one year of experience.
• Practice Settings: Inpatient.
• ACLS AND BLS are required.
• Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks
• The following types of surgery will be expected to be performed at this facility: Complete Ortho, Complex Vascular, Head Spine, Regional.
• Required Specialty Skills: General Anesthesia, Adult, Neurosurgical cases, Spine, Complex vascular cases (except open heart), Complex orthopedic cases, Ventilation management, Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues.
• Preferred Specialty Skills: Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia Surgery, Pain management techniques, Post-op epidural, Post‑op extremity blocks, Central Line placement, Arterial Line placement, PA Catheter. placement
• Must have AZ license.
• EMR: Cerner.
• Credentialing: 90 days.
• $1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
