This clinic delivers primary care services to patients of all ages in Phoenix, Arizona. Clinicians will provide clinic-based primary care services to patients of all ages during day shift hours in Phoenix, Arizona, with an expected caseload of 18-20 patients per day. Clinical responsibilities encompass general family medicine services, including the management of acute and chronic conditions across all age groups. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
