Job Summary We are seeking an engaged and energetic Sr. Brand Manager to lead brand strategy for our Masonry & Hardscape portfolio, including Belgard and Echelon. The role will develop breakthrough marketing plans that drive brand preference, contractor loyalty, and category growth across residential and commercial segments. The ideal candidate possesses sharp strategic and creative instincts and has proven experience building brands and guiding cross‑functional teams. Location This position is hybrid and located at our Corporate office in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities Lead brand architecture at the multi‑category level, ensuring consistent brand expression across all touchpoints and maintaining brand guidelines. Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand equity. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, understand consumer behavior, and inform strategic decisions. Set strategic direction for brand positioning, target audience definition, and value proposition. Lead go‑to‑market planning for new product and collection launches across hardscape and masonry categories, coordinating across product, sales, and retail/distribution partners. Develop channel‑specific strategies for contractor/trade audiences and homeowner/consumer paths. Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and experiential channels. Own development and execution of brand strategies for assigned product lines, including positioning, messaging, and campaign development. Manage high‑quality brand content production (website copy, brochures, videos, social media posts). Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure campaigns are delivered within constraints. Requirements 7+ years of experience in marketing, branding, product strategy, or go‑to‑market strategy roles. Experience marketing to trade or professional audiences (contractors, builders, architects) and to consumer audiences. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communication, business, or related field. Strong analytical skills, including building financial models and business case analysis. Ability to navigate a complex, matrixed environment with finesse. Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft vision and influence others. Problem‑solving ability to derive actionable insights from complex data. Organizational and time‑management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Team‑player mentality and openness to feedback.
