Landscape Operations Manager

Job Description

The Landscape Operations Manager oversees residential maintenance operations, coordinating crews, schedules, resources, and client relationships to ensure consistently high-quality landscape services.

Responsibilities

Supervise landscape maintenance crews and coordinate daily operations.
Plan service routes and schedule residential maintenance projects.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets service standards.
Maintain client relationships and address service needs.
Track project budgets and monitor operational expenses.
Manage inventory and coordinate with vendors.
Create new verticals

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in landscape operations management.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate degree in horticulture, landscape management, or a related field.
Valid driver's license.
Knowledge of landscape management, horticulture, and irrigation systems.
Experience with crew scheduling and budget management.
Strong leadership and client communication skills.
