Marketing Operations Coordinator

OneHum runs integrated marketing programs for branded and institutional clients — recurring email and in-store campaigns for retail partners, promotional programs for business branding, and seasonal retail promotions. The Marketing Operations Coordinator keeps that work moving: owning the marketing calendar, coordinating print and vendor production, tracking deliverables and reporting status, working across our operations, creative and account teams. This is a hands‑on operations role. Success looks like campaigns that launch on schedule, creative that moves through review without bottlenecks, and records that stay accurate across every active project. Key Responsibilities Marketing Calendar & Campaign Coordination Plan production schedules with account and operations leads; keep dates, owners and deliverables current across every active campaign Track campaigns from kickoff through launch across email, print and in-store channels; flag schedule risks early Coordinate multiple concurrent campaigns across marketing, creative and merchandising stakeholders Creative & Production Coordination Run revision rounds between account leads, designers and clients; keep turnaround times visible and on track Confirm files are approved and production‑ready before release to vendors Coordinate print vendors, internal design and client review on all collateral for an ad campaign Confirm specs, quantities and deadlines with vendors; issue purchase orders and reconcile acknowledgments Build campaign schedules from event dates and shared mail cycles; coordinate art deadlines, quantities and drop dates Manage production quantities and delivery logistics across multiple client locations Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders at job close Client Support & Reporting Support execution of client advertising and marketing programs: scheduling, asset tracking and documentation Maintain accurate program records for account reporting Serve as liaison between account, creative and operations; prepare status reports from Smartsheet and Scoro for leadership and any client updates Qualifications Requirements: 1–3 years in marketing operations, project/production coordination or a related client‑services role Keen eye for detail with excellent spelling and grammar; working knowledge of APA (American Psychological Association) style Proficiency with project and calendar‑tracking tools — Smartsheet strongly preferred (or Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp) Comfort working in an operations/PSA platform such as Scoro; willingness to learn our systems is required Strong Excel skills for planning, tracking and reporting Disciplined file and asset management in a cloud document system (Box, Dropbox) — naming, versioning, organization Ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns and deadlines without dropping details; strong written and verbal communication Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field — or equivalent hands‑on experience Preferred: Familiarity with print production workflows — proofing, vendor specs and quotes, multi‑location distribution Experience planning direct mail programs with print plants and mail houses Mindset: You want to own a function, not execute a task list You are comfortable building process where formal playbook don't yet exist You understand that in a growing company your role will expand and you are energized by that You are proactive — you surface risks early and bring solutions, not just observations Company Description OneHum Group is a full-service creative and marketing agency that helps brands tell their unique stories in a constantly evolving marketing landscape.
