About the Service Manager Role

This Restaurant Service Manager position in Gastonia, NC offers the opportunity to lead Front-of-House operations in a high-energy, guest-focused environment.

Service Manager Responsibilities

• Oversee all Front-of-House operations in a high-volume restaurant
• Train, coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing service team

• Manage liquor inventory, beverage costs, and compliance
• Create engaging guest experiences, promotions, and events
• Lead hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management for FOH employees
• Maintain food-safety standards and operational consistency
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and leadership development
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively
• Partner with the management and culinary teams to improve overall performance

Service Manager Qualifications

• At least two years of experience as a Service Manager, FOH Manager, or Restaurant Manager
• A background in high-volume, full-service restaurant operations
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills
• A proven ability to drive guest satisfaction and operational performance
• Knowledge of liquor laws, food safety, inventory, and cost controls
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• A genuine passion for hospitality and memorable guest experiences
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary up to $60,000 , depending on experience
• Monthly profit sharing and annual incentive opportunities
