You'll work closely with the Wellness Director to keep our Retreat running smoothly, our team motivated, and our guests feeling amazing. Your Schedule

• 68 hour shifts
• Days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Flexible mix of day and evening shifts

What You'll Do

• Partner with the Spa Director to oversee daily operations, revenue goals, and inventory
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high?performing team
• Lead front desk training with coaching, role?playing, and sales support
• Build schedules that keep the Retreat running smoothly
• Set and achieve team and individual goals
• Create a culture where exceptional guest service is the norm
• Strengthen guest loyalty by consistently delivering the Massage Heights experience

What You Bring

• 1+ year of sales or retail management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience coaching, training, and navigating conflict
• Comfortable with computers and standard software
• Basic business math skills
• A self?starter mindset with a passion for people

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with Zenoti or similar spa POS systems
• Familiarity with massage, skincare, or spa environments
• Experience working within a franchise model

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
