Sr. Project Manager

Position Intern – Charleston, SC – Any Office Responsibilities Support project teams through hands‑on experience in construction management, preconstruction, and field operations. Assist project managers and superintendents with documentation, scheduling, cost tracking, and safety compliance. Collaborate with team members across departments and gain exposure to real‑world projects. Supervise trade contractors on a daily basis and conduct quality‑control inspections. Establish cost estimates during preconstruction by collecting and analyzing client and stakeholder information. Participate in preconstruction meetings, evaluate contract documents, and plan staffing requirements. Contribute in construction supervision, develop construction means and methods, and ensure material workmanship conforms to plans and specifications. Prepare invoices, minutes, correspondence, submittal coordination, and documentation flow. Assist in plumbing tasks under a licensed plumber, such as cutting and assembling pipes, cleaning job sites, and responding to client inquiries. Assist a professional cabinet maker in a millwork shop, learning to read and create shop drawings and install millwork in commercial projects.
