Sr. Substation Project Manager

Quality control of technical designs will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. As a Sr. Substation Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to supervise and mentor other team members, including Project Managers and Senior Technical Leads. Collaboration is at the heart of our work, and you will work closely with peers, Senior Technical Leads, and engineers to achieve project goals. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate fee revenue forecasts and ensuring that our engineering practices align with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and technical innovations. Additionally, you will play an active role in sales calls and client presentations, showcasing our expertise and commitment to excellence. Basic Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of work experience managing substation projects. Must have substation engineering experience. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited university or equivalent. 6+ years of experience managing engineering projects. Ability to lead projects by collaborating with cross‑functional teams. General project management experience. Ability to manage cost, budget, schedule, and coordinate site walks as necessary.
