Job Description:
As a Bilingual Telemarketer, you’ll be the vital first voice that connects potential clients to our insurance products. You’ll make outbound cold calls, engage prospects in both English and Spanish, and transfer interested leads directly to our licensed agents. This in-person role offers flexible scheduling for full-time or part-time availability, allowing you to balance work and life while building a rewarding career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls with professionalism, energy, and a friendly attitude
• Communicate clearly and effectively in English and Spanish
• Qualify leads and perform live transfers to licensed insurance agents
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and transfer goals
• Adhere strictly to company policies and compliance requirements

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• No insurance license required — we provide the training you need!
• Honest, personable, and motivated to succeed
• Enjoys working with people and building connections
• Previous telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication skills and a positive phone presence
• Self-motivated, dependable, and punctual
