What You’ll Be Responsible For Completing service requests in a timely and professional manner Performing preventive maintenance throughout the community Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry issues Preparing apartments for new resident move‑ins Assisting with community grounds and curb appeal Participating in the on‑call rotation for after‑hours emergencies Following company safety standards and maintenance protocols Delivering exceptional customer service to residents and team members What Success Looks Like Residents trust you because issues get resolved correctly the first time Vacant apartments are turned quickly and maintained to a high standard The community consistently looks clean, safe, and well‑maintained You communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the onsite team You take initiative and don't wait to be told what needs attention What We’re Looking For Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or related experience HVAC certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Excellent customer service and communication skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ready to Join the Team?
