Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify their unique developmental needs.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailored to each family’s circumstances.

• Monitor and document outcomes to ensure effective service delivery and promote ongoing improvement.
\n
• Provide emotional and practical support to families, guiding them through strategies to enhance their child’s development in a natural learning environment.
\n
• Engage with multi-disciplinary teams to align on best practices and to provide comprehensive care.
\n
• Utilize effective communication to build rapport with children, families, and team members, fostering a supportive atmosphere for growth.

• Employ evidence-based practices while adhering to all relevant Federal and State regulations to maintain compliance.
\n
• Deliver coaching and natural environment teaching to support families in enhancing their child's skills.
\n
• Ensure the health and safety of all individuals we serve by adhering to clinic protocols and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role predominantly focuses on young children, particularly those with disabilities or developmental delays, as well as their families. You will work with children during critical stages of early development, offering intervention strategies that nurture their physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving the quality of life and developmental outcomes for these children and their families.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver's license to ensure accessibility to various service delivery locations.

• Proficient in adapting interventions to fit diverse learning styles and needs associated with each child's individualized treatment plan.

• At least one year of professional experience working with children in early intervention settings.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

• Excellent communication skills for building relationships with clients and collaborators.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with Natural Learning Environment Practices is highly favorable.
