Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess and diagnose patients utilizing industry-standard tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique cultural and special needs of our patient population.

• Conduct ongoing evaluations of patient progress and adjust interventions and strategies to optimize mental health outcomes.

• Accurately prepare and maintain comprehensive treatment records, reports, and clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental protocols, employing contemporary technology for efficiency.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to establish holistic treatment objectives focusing on desired outcomes and actionable care plans, ensuring their voices are central in the decision-making process.

Compensation and Benefits\n
