COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS for Family Medicine (FM)

• Base Salary: Starting at $350,000, with total compensation potential reaching up to $500,000.
• Sign-on Bonus: $20,000, along with $10,000 retention bonuses.
• Supervision Bonus: $10,000 annually for each physician overseeing mid-level providers.
• Quarterly Work RVU Bonus: Potential earnings of up to $30,000 or more.
• Paid Time Off: 6 weeks of PTO plus an additional 5 days for Continuing Medical Education (CME) with a $3,000 allowance.

• Work primarily in an outpatient clinic with some inpatient responsibilities (average daily census of 3-5 patients).
• Schedule: 5-day workweek; emergency room shifts available (physician must reside near the hospital).
• No weekend clinic coverage required.
• Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance available after 30 days of employment.
• Student Loan Repayment: Participation in the Kansas ROZ (Rural Opportunity Zone) Program (applicants must live outside of Kansas).

• Candidates must be Board Eligible or Board Certified.
• Currently, we are not considering J-1 Visa applicants.
• Open to both experienced physicians and recent graduates.
• Must possess excellent bedside manner, show compassion towards patients, and be comfortable in a rural setting.
