Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 07/27/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview Shift: Days, 5x8hrs Hours: 40 hrs/wk Start Date: Jul 27, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Details Home health setting serving East Portland, OR, Clark County, WA, and surrounding areas 1:1 patient ratio with up to 6 patient visits per day; 30 productivity points is the standard 5x8-hour day shifts (8:00–16:30); 4x10 and 3x12 schedules cannot be accommodated No weekend or on-call requirements Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state Charting is performed via Epic Remote Client for Home Health (laptop) and Rover (phone app); Oasis is also used No floating between like units within the immediate assignment Requirements Active OR and WA PT licensure required; license required if applicable Minimum 1 year of skilled home health PT experience required Current BLS certification required Oasis experience requiredEpic EMR experience required Must have reliable personal transportation At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting Full SSN and DOB required for consideration Additional Information Daily drive time is typically minimized through efficient client grouping; occasional maximum radius of roughly 60 miles (~60–90 minutes of total drive time) per day Business casual attire required; scrubs are permitted (no specific color required), but jeans are not allowed Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate First-time travelers are welcome to apply Local candidates are accepted; candidates within a 50–75 mile radius are considered local and may be accepted at the same rate Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler, and cannot be within 50 miles of the submitting facility Minimal RTO is preferred; a limited number of days may be approved Refusal to float between facilities within a given state may result in termination of the assignment American Traveler Job ID #P-721348.
