We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join the US Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, providing strategic business planning and analytical support to the fast-paced, high-performance US Pharmaceutical division. In this role, you will help the business gain deeper insights into brand performance and trends, anticipate future market developments, and evaluate new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Provide financial support to the US Pharmaceuticals business, including detailed expense management analysis.Support the month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in compliance with corporate deadlines.Analyze actual results versus budget/forecast, identifying and explaining variances to stakeholders.Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external business partners.Support the Accounting group with analytical, accounting, and reporting tasks, including monthly fluctuation analysis of actuals versus plan/forecast.Load budgets and forecasts into Hyperion and maintain accurate financial models.Conduct quarterly obsolescence analyses.Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests to support the US Pharmaceutical business as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Two years or more of relevant Accounting or Finance experience.Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build and maintain complex expense forecast models.Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage all levels of management.Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required; experience with Hyperion is a plus.This position may be available in the following location(s): Bridgewater, NJ All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status. For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting pay for this role is between $60,000.00 and $75,000.00. The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors. U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives. They may also be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, disability and life insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, a tuition reimbursement program (select degrees), company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive sick time, floating holidays and paid vacation.
