Role Description This is a full-time, on‑site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Lahore. The specialist will drive lead generation, manage the sales pipeline, and support closing opportunities for Techilab’s AI, software, and data‑driven services. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing customers, presenting solutions, preparing proposals, and coordinating with technical teams to align offerings with client needs. The role also involves executing marketing campaigns, supporting brand awareness activities, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to sales training and process improvements. The specialist will work closely with leadership to identify new market opportunities and build long‑term customer relationships. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients professionally and build trust. Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to manage pipelines, negotiate, and support revenue growth. Candidates should possess Training skills to help educate team members and clients on products, services, and best practices. Relevant experience in B2B technology, software, or digital transformation services is highly beneficial. Ability to analyze market trends, use CRM tools, and report on sales and marketing performance is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
